Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period.
Do unused visits roll over?
No. Membership visits reset each month and do not roll over. This helps us maintain consistent scheduling and availability for all members.
Can I use my membership on multiple vehicles?
Each membership is assigned to one vehicle only. If you'd like coverage for additional vehicles, we offer separate memberships for each one.
Can family use my membership?
Memberships are tied to the registered vehicle, not the driver. Anyone driving your enrolled vehicle may bring it in for service.
How do I schedule my washes?
Simply book online, call us, or stop by during business hours. Members receive priority scheduling whenever possible.
Is my payment automatic?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically each month using your saved payment method, so you never have to worry about renewing manually.
